I was driving with a mate of mine when I came across this awesome scenery.

We were heading from St Bathans to the Ida Valley in Central Otago and demanded he stop the car so I could capture this shot.

The second image was shot across the road from the Brass Monkey in the Ida Valley.

I’m very happy with the end result!
